Privacy Policy

Account information — when you sign up we collect your email address and optionally your name. We use this to authenticate you and send transactional emails (verification, password reset, receipts).

Payment information — billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store raw card numbers. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status to manage your plan.

Build content — the descriptions and configurations you submit to build AI skills. These are stored so you can access your build history and download your skills at any time.

Usage data — page views and feature usage via Google Analytics (GA4). This data is anonymised and aggregated; we do not use it to identify individuals.

• Provide and operate the Skill Forge platform
• Process subscription payments via Stripe
• Send transactional emails via Resend (verification, receipts, password reset)
• Run the 8-agent AI pipeline on your build requests
• Store your build history and skill artifacts for download
• Analyse aggregate usage patterns to improve the product

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

We share data with the following service providers to operate the platform:

• Stripe— payment processing. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see them. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Resend— transactional email delivery. We share your email address with Resend solely for sending emails you’ve triggered (verification, receipts).
• Railway — cloud hosting for the API and database. Your data is stored on Railway infrastructure.
• Vercel — hosting for the web frontend.
• Google Analytics — anonymised usage analytics via GA4.

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Build content and skill artifacts are deleted at the same time.

Payment records (invoices, subscription history) may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with financial regulations.

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to or restrict processing; and request a portable copy of your data.

Session cookies — used to keep you signed in. These are essential for the service to function and cannot be disabled.

Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics to measure aggregate usage. You can opt out by using a browser extension such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.

Skill Forge is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
