Terms of Service

Skill Forge is an AI skill-building platform that uses an 8-agent pipeline to generate skill files for Claude Code, Cursor, and other LLM platforms. The Service generates outputs based on user-provided descriptions; we do not guarantee any specific output quality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Subscriptions — paid plans (Creator, Pro) are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Lifetime plan — a one-time payment granting permanent access at the Pro level, including future feature updates at that tier.

No refunds — because skill builds are digital goods delivered immediately upon completion, all purchases are final. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at antonio_kodheli@icloud.com and we will review your case.

Build limits — each plan includes a monthly build quota. Unused builds do not roll over. Existing skills remain accessible even if you reach your limit.

You own the skills you build using the Service. By submitting descriptions and configurations to the platform, you grant Skill Forge a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that input through the pipeline for the sole purpose of generating your skill output.

You are responsible for ensuring your inputs do not contain content that violates any law or third-party rights.

The Skill Forge platform — including its interface, pipeline architecture, templates, and branding — is our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.

The skill files you generate are yours. We claim no ownership over the outputs produced by your builds.

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates any law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the pipeline infrastructure
• Resell, sublicence, or redistribute access to the Service without authorisation
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service

The Pro plan includes a commercial licence to sell or distribute the skill files you build. Creator and Free plans are for personal and professional internal use only.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the generated skills will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skill Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
